Our client recognized that many businesses rent office spaces that they rarely use. They also acknowledged that many businesses are facing workforce issues. As a result, they sought to create a dedicated marketplace for those seeking space or staffing. After discussing the specification of this proposed platform in detail, Idea Maker was able to build a SaaS application that satisfied the client's requirements.
Our Solution
We developed a web application with intuitive features through our use of intelligent development technology, including the latest Django and Vue frameworks. Our client now has a reliable SaaS platform that enables businesses to explore and rent office space in their local area for a short-term period. It also allows businesses and individuals to post and browse through job listings.
What We Did
We integrated a robust search filter that enables users to refine their searches based on specific requirements, such as the type of facility, number of administrative staff and if a waiting room is included. As a result, entrepreneurs can find office spaces with operational equipment that meet their needs and business size.
We developed an administration portal that enables users to create and manage office space listings. This includes uploading property images, contact information, minimum required hours of use, disabled accessibility, and rental rate. As a SaaS application, the platform is based on a tiered pricing model, allowing users to add multiple listings at an increased monthly fee.
Entrepreneurs are busy individuals; with this in mind, Idea Maker ensured the Matchmaker 4 Business platform has an intuitive UI. We integrated several essential features, such as the ability to save their favorite properties, flag problematic spaces, and save searches. Search save is a unique feature that lets users save their queries for later inquiry.
We implemented a job board feature that works similarly to the office space system in that individuals can post their resume and browse through various job categories to find a location for that specific opening. Businesses can also easily search resumes to find a workforce based on specialty and location. With this feature, MatchMaker4Business effectively brings people, opportunities and spaces together, making it a go-to marketplace for the business world.
