The owners of Restore My Pic needed a custom eCommerce website for their booming business but they didn’t know it yet. With so much demand for their business, they were running into several problems. First, they were having a hard time keeping up with client requests and photo uploads. Second, they were having trouble managing their employees. Third and most importantly, they were in desperate need of a way to better manage customer payments.
Not being web developers themselves, they needed someone to guide them to a custom eCommerce solution to fit their needs. While there were many ways that they could manage each of these problems separately, they wanted a solution that solved all their problems at once.
They needed a custom eCommerce website to meet their needs but it would have to be fast and mobile responsive. As a photo restoration service, they would need a website that was able to handle high-resolution images to give their customers examples of what they could expect with the service. They couldn’t just use any old out of the box solution.
They also needed a website that would make the customer journey easier. They didn’t want to have people upload their photos to wait days on end for a quote. They needed a system in place in their custom eCommerce website that would take the photo and give them a reasonable quote easily and quickly. Once the quote was given, customers would then be allowed to pay for their services.

Using Django as the framework for their custom eCommerce website, Idea Maker built them a website that would not only show off their skills but also provide their customers with a superior website experience.
To build the Restore My Pic website Orange County web development agency, Idea Maker used Gunicorn, Linux, Nginx, React, JavaScript, and Jquery. We did this to build them a custom eCommerce website that would be fast to load and work well with mobile devices.
The website that Idea Maker created for Restore My Pic allowed users to come to the website and see the skilled, professional picture restorations that they can do. Once users have decided to have their pictures restored, customers can then upload files.
They can pick the pictures they want to have restored, the services they need, and the system will then calculate the cost for the customers. The customer can then pay for their services easily all on the website. This helps make the process simple and quick for the customer.
With all their needs met, Restore My Pic was poised for increased success. We were happy to make their idea a reality.
