What We Did
Our team of professional developers delved into understanding the coding and processes of the API systems that were already in place. Our developers created an integrated approach based on the software in use by the client. We began a seamless integration process between Filevine to other programs such as Power BI.
Now, the client’s programming monitors requests and submits the information to the right resources. The new program can also help users compile and analyze the data in ways previously unobtainable. The latest data for analysis is more accurate and up to date with the newly designed integration systems.
One of the features the client was looking for was a program that would be easy to jump into without specialized training and time spent learning the ins and outs. Creating a clean and user-friendly solution was essential to the Idea Maker team and the clients, and we worked closely to design an option that worked beautifully.
We created a custom dashboard for our client’s staff to use for their new data integration system that was simple and provided easy-to-access analysis tools. Any mistakes in the data could be easily identified and handled by any staff member without special knowledge of the technical side of the dashboard. This added simplicity gave extra value and room for growth to the client company.
